
Neil is an experienced recruitment leader having spent over 15 years connecting professionals across Business Transformation, Technology and Product. With a particular focus on working with clients within the Media & Entertainment and Consumer sectors, Neil has supported a number of iconic brands in building transformation capability on both a permanent and interim basis to deliver complex transformation programmes, as well as launching a variety of digital products.

Neil prides himself on having a deep understanding of business and technology enabled transformation objectives and how they align with business strategy. He has established a trusted network of CxO, Transformation and Programme Directors and a strong network of professionals specialising in the execution of change initiatives. Neil’s approach is discrete and consultative with a strong emphasis on building long-term relationships.

Outside of work, Neil enjoys time with family and friends, especially his wife and two young children. He is an avid Arsenal supporter regularly attending matches at The Emirates stadium.
