Over his years of experience, Dean has worked with a vast array of clients and high calibre candidates on complex transformation programmes – both business and technology enabled. As a result, Deans extensive network of senior professionals in this space who he is regular direct contact with, be it in the form of a client, or a candidate.

Outside of work Dean enjoys spending time as a cab driver for his 2 children and spending time with his wife and friends. He has the misfortune of being a Crystal Palace fan, regularly attending games at Selhurst Park.
